Transavia mola  

Antecedents: finals d’octubre de l’any passat, un cop arribats a Barcelona des d’Amsterdam, em trobo que la maleta (acaba d’adquirir gràcies als punts de Caixa Tarragona) que duia li havien fotut un bon cop i estava esquerdada d’una part. Faig la queixa, i em diuen on hauré d’enviar la documentació. Un cop a casa la mandra i les poques esperances em fan desistir a l’hora d’enviar la queixa a transavia.

Arriba aquest juliol, i per marxar a Xina em decideixo a comprar una altra maleta. Al tornar de viatge, em decideixo, per provar, de fer arribar una carta a transavia amb tota la documentació que m’havien comentat, adjuntant el tiquet de compra de la maleta última.

Resultat a continuació:

Dear Mr nastrud,

In your reaction which we received on 28 August you inform us about the damage of your luggage.

According to our General Conditions of carriage and the montreal Convention you are not entitled to a refund. The reason for this is we have no receipt of the damaged suitcase.

Based on the courtesy we have decided to refund part osf the costs. We are prepared to pay out a sum of €45,-

If this arrangement meets with your agreement please fill in and sign the enclosed full settlement form and return it to our Customer Relations Department. Once we receive the form we will arrange for a ssum of €45,- to be transferred to your (giro) ban account.
